It started in 2019. A circuit event, a port city, a handful of live houses, and the stubborn belief that Sannomiya could become a home for Japanese rock'n'roll.
Seven years later, something has clearly happened. Overseas bands have found their way here. Two days, multiple venues, streets full of people who came for the music.
The Circus doesn't stop. 2027, it happens again.
